The Modular Neural-Networks (MNN) is new one of knowledge based technique. The MNN is best of the method which is involving a complex problem few input variables to be achieving tasks and additional networks. The report is viewed from these additional networks, and collection back into the real task. The MNN reduces NN complexity and minimized of calculations. The modular neural network method is sustained to frequency control in powersystems. This is involves forecasting controller and system’s output. The frequency variations in area 1and 2 of the power network was trained and 1% step-load applied. The output values of two-area thermal system frequency and tie-line power adjustments are compared. The MNN results have ensured better than conventional Proportional Integral techniques.
