The purpose of this study is to select the areas vulnerable to CCTV and optimal installation sites of Y area using local spatial data.This study analyzed local self-supplied data and public data required for spatial information analysis and the optimal placement for CCTV by applying additional criteria for calculating crime grade by major vulnerability index (monitoring vulnerability index, crime vulnerability index, spatial data weight) and the number of reports by the local police agency.The number of inhabitants was analyzed in proportion to the distribution of CCTV surveillance vulnerability index, and the top ten priority installation areas were selected. First of all, the installation request area and some areas suggested by the local police agency were analyzed, but the ratio was very low, so that optimal placement was selected through comprehensive analysis in this study. In the case of selecting vulnerable areas for CCTV installations in the region, it is possible to make scientific and reasonable decisions by using the comprehensive analysis method employed by this study.
