The aim of the study is to reveal the trends and potential of developing GR (Government Relations) technologies taking into account digitalization. Nowadays, Russia defines its own development routes for the GR management institute in the digital economy system, which is closely interconnected with the development of new digital equipment and technologies. In the modern concept, GR technologies are based on the methods of digital coding (digitalization) applied to establish relationships and to form mechanisms for the interaction between government and business. Trends of GR technology are based on cognitive technologies, Internet of things, cloud technologies, big data arrays, blockchain, etc. In the article factors of GR technologies in the context of digitalization have been introduced, features of GR technologies’ areas in the spatial digitalization have been classified, the structure of the GR management for the development of markets and areas of the territorial and national economy have been defined, and the innovative value of GR management as an efficiency indicator has been revealed.
