A Study on the Impact of Self-efficacy and Smart Pricing in Customers' Acceptance of Airline B2C Smart Booking Mobile Application

In tourism sector, the tourism apps can be classified into smart booking app like Makemytrip, Yatra, Goibibo, Travelyari, Ixigo etc. and travel assisting apps like Tripplanner, Trip advisor, Travel India Incredible India, Irctc etc. Through smart phone booking apps, not only reservation of restaurants can be done but also various tourism products like airline tickets, car rental, train booking, bus booking, hotel rooms, vacations etc. can be booked. The present study examines the research has been conducted in extension of the unified theory of Technology acceptance model and the consumer behaviour toward tourism booking apps from two modifications: Smart pricing and e-trust. All the hypothesis were accepted that both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use has a significant impact on attitude similarly smart pricing and self-efficacy has an significant impact on attitude.
