The performance of WSN improves in clustering base methodologies. Though the challenge is to discover effective forms of cluster and the cluster heads. So far numerous methodologies are in use for the choice of cluster head such as fuzzy rules, predicting, and optimization. By these methodologies’ execution is not improved so well due to energy-wastage. In certain methodologies it uses intermediate management of energy deprived of improving the cluster head and the path. In proposed approach, it is seen that our method includes both static and dynamic approaches. The deployment of static clustering reduces the complexity, however there occurs an issue based on energy utilization while with the process of dynamic clustering, this issue can be resolved but the system complexity may rise. Further, the two methodologies are used in form IHUCL+ new node design and this presentation was seen on alive nodes and the consumption of energy with throughput and time coefficient. The outcomes of the proposed approach reveal to be noteworthy on all parameters. In experiments compare other approaches like EEMDC, IEADUC, ERA, DHCRA and HUCL. But proposed approach show improvement on all energy parameters.
