Weathering Server System with Non-identical Units and Priority to Repair of Main Unit

The current research is confined on the examination of numerous dependability procedures of a redundant system for weathering server with two non-identical units. Originally, the chief component is functional, and the replica element is in warm reserve mode. There is a solitary server that remains with the system and perform all repair events in normal climate with perfect proficiency whereas no repair movement is performed in irregular climate. Both units have two modes –complete and operative failure. Significance for repair is provided to the chief unit over the duplicate part. For the units’ failure time, the random variables track undesirable exponential spreading whereas the circulation for reparation times is arbitrary. Using semi-Markov process and regenerative point technique, the terms of several reliability procedures are examined in stable state. Arbitrary values are taken for the features to define the performance of various reliability procedures explicitly.
