The extent of development in the field of guidance and counseling in institutions is one of the most important standards that measure the progress of the countries of the world today. The need for students with disabilities to receive counseling and guidance services is constantly increasing due to the special and difficult conditions they suffer, which in many cases lead them to suffer from mental and social disorders. Thus, the current research aims to examine the impact of Schools' Guidance and Counseling on the achievements of students with disabilities. The descriptive quantitative method is considered as the most appropriate utilized approach to cover the research problem in a clearer way. A cross sectional survey will be utilized to obtain results. This survey will be distributed on a sample of 100 educational counselors working in Jordanian schools. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) will be utilized to analyze the collected data in tabular and graphical form in order to perform an illustrative analysis. The study results revealed that there is a statistically significant for the impact of the Schools' Guidance and Counseling on the achievements of students with disabilities. The study recommended paying more attention to the involvement of the counselor in decision-making regarding students' problems.
