Abstract

Expansion and restructuring of a source of raw materials of the copper industry is a relevant problem of development for domestic mining and metallurgical complex. In a subsoil of the Udokansky field of coppery sandstones, largest in Russia, more than 20,6% of balance reserves of copper are concentrated. Udokana ores are characterized by various oxidation degrees, the difficult morphology of ore bodies expressed by dependence of material structure and content of copper on a depth that causes lack of the actual possibility of selective extraction of ores of various types. In article authors studied material composition of copper ores of different oxidation degree of the Udokansky field. The expediency of floatation allocation lowcoppery (5-12% of Cu) concentrates is shown at the general highest extraction of copper from raw materials with orientation to their subsequent hydrometallurgical processing. The technological scheme with application of operation of preparation of a pulp for flotation in laboratory cars of TM "ZIMAR" is tested. The reasons of losses of copper with flotation tails are established. The scheme and the mode of flotation providing regardless of ore oxidation degree the minimum exit of the received concentrate with the content of copper from 11 to 13% at its extraction to 91% that will allow carrying out gross processing of polytypic ores of the Udokansky field are developed.
