Training implications is an obvious area for the application of training when ever people are in a changing situation the application to training is essential to ensure that they are equipped to meet the physical, social and mental requirements of the job. Customized skill assessments provide a powerful foundation for company wide career development programmes. Employees often under assess both their strengths and their problems. As a result they don’t develop needs skills. An accurate assessment can serve as a private personal trainer particularly if the process as repeated at regular intervals so participants can gauge their improvement. A company whose growth has been traversing a flat trajectory may want to offer employees and managers their opportunity to improve skills so that will be better positioned when the company begins to grow again. Employees in flat or down sizing organizations may understand that there individual performance over time one their only real job security. The only investments that walk out of the door with them every night participating in an assessments process gives the tools with which to monitor the development of those investments.
