Welfare gives many meanings and ideas that is health, prosperity, happiness and the development of human resources. The different elements of welfare like physical, mental and emotional well being. According to ILO report, labor welfare refers to as “such service, facilities and amenities as may be established in or in the vicinity of undertaking the enable the person employed in them to perform their work in healthy, congenial surrounding and provided with amenities conductive to good healthy and high moral”.
