Job satisfaction refers to an employee general attitude toward his job. Job satisfaction as a pleasurable as a pleasurable or positive state resulting from the appraisal of one’s job or job experiences. Job satisfaction is a function of or is positively related to the degree to which of the with approval and desires of the group to which individual tools for guidance evaluating social reality. There are curtained factor’s which determined the Job Satisfaction of an Individual such as occupational level, Job nature, and promotion opportunities and interaction among colleagues personal factors for jobs will be satisfying due to personal factors like, age, education qualification, sex. The study also focuses on the job satisfaction benefits and services offered by Ganga food products private limited to its employees. The study is useful to find out how far the employee of Ganga food products private limited has been satisfied on their job.
