Transformational leaders plays a vital role in an organization. Leaders may not be only in top level, the person who are handling group of people under him should possess some traits which should improve his/her personality, fulfil the subordinates requirements and organization’s needs. Such kinds of traits can be influenced by his/her emotional intelligence. In this article the author explains how transformational leadership qualities interrelated to Daniel Goldman’s Emotional intelligence model.
