A Study of Employee Motivation in Worth Trust, Katpadi

Among the behavioural concept, motivation has received the most attention in the study of organizational behavior. Proper motivation of human force result into effective utilization of other resources. A study on employee’s motivation with regard to WORTH TRUST is conduct within the organization. Survey is done through distributing Questionnaire for gathering primary data, from 100 samples, secondary data were collected from the company records, manual, charts etc. The study helps to identify the effectiveness of employees motivation conduct in the organization. The study reveals the areas that need to improve to make an employee motivation process more effective.
