Employee participation is a practice of employee contribution intended to grant employees with the prospect to manipulate and where apposite, take measurement in resolution on matter which influence them. Employee involvement, also known as participative management is an effectual apparatus which can be use to induce all workers. The intention of this article is to trace out the impact of worker involvement on executive efficacy. The researcher used principal and derived data for analysis. Data were composed from 3 developed companies in and around Chennai. Statistical tools like Likert’s five point scale were used to analyze the data in a systematic order. The outcome were obtain that there is a considerable authority of employee participation in all organizational actions for aspiration reaching on the productivity increase of the organization.
