Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm for Document Clustering on Cyber Crime Judgement Database

In the recent era of document information retrieval it emerged to a greater level of peak since the data mining in text documents has the potentiality to reach from raw data to knowledge. On the other side judgements of judicial cases are also subject to mining as it can be seen in the past literature studies. When it comes to crime case judgements the same scenario can be occupied to solve it efficiently. However,a large space is yet to be explored in crime prediction, judgment analysis and so on. In this research article, I proposed a bio inspired optimization algorithm namely Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm for solving document clustering problem in crime case judgements. The proposed algorithm is evaluated and a compared with the other existing methods to show its significance
