Utilization Regional Assets In The Framework Of Regional Fiscal Potential

This research aims to describe and analyze the technical and efforts to use regional assets as well as models of effective utilization of regional assets in order to increase Fiscal Potential in accordance with the laws and regulations in Blitar Regency. This research is a case study where researchers investigate carefully the implementation of Asset Management in order to optimize the potential of Regional Fiscal. The method of data analysis using qualitative techniques is carried out interactively and lasts continuously until complete, so that the data is saturated. Activities in data analysis are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that the use of regional assets in the context of optimizing regional fiscal potential is carried out through the Technical Utilization of Regional Assets in the Form of Leases, Loans in the Form of Regional Owned Property, in the Form of Build-Up for Handover or in the Form of Hand-Over and in the Form of Provision of Infrastructure.
