This study reports on the evaluation carried out on a mobile navigation application using 10 participants (all students) from the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) to determine the comfort of use of the application. After exposing the application to the participants via a number of tasks, these participants were administered a post-test questionnaire to access the perceived usability, comfort of use and user experience of the app. The results showed that majority of participants were satisfied about the visibility, ease of use, and enjoyableness of the mobile navigation application, and perceived the app as being comfortable to use. This outcome indicated that the study participants had a good experience with the mobile app.
