Abstract

The paper examines the influence of psychological empowerment and perceived organizational support on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results of the study suggest that psychological empowerment and perceived organizational support have positive relationship on job satisfaction and organizational commitment for public sector employees in Tamilnadu. Employees showed a higher satisfaction and commitment when they have high empowerment and organizational support.
