This study analyzes intelligence information policy by a socio-technical approach using text mining. To understand the introduction and impact of new technologies, it is not enough to focus on technology alone; a broader, holistic perspective is also required. Intelligence information policy of the Korean government is aimed at a comprehensive policy in which the fields of science, technology, industry, economy, society, and institution are closely linked. This study analyzes whether the policy of the Korean government is balanced by a socio-technical approach and presents the possibility of analyzing the policy more objectively by quantifying unstructured data of text form using an algorithm.
