The Indian Textile Industry had a greater impact in improving GDP of our country. It has a strong raw material base and manufacturing potential across the globe. As Indian textile industry contributes to 4% to GDP and 15% of total exports, it plays a major role in the employment generation of our country. According to the India Brand Equity Foundation (IBEF), the domestic textile industry in India is expected to reach US$ 250 billion by 2019 with an increase of US$ 100 billion compared to July 2017. Similarly, Export earnings from Textile and apparel sectors in India are expected to increase to US$ 82 billion by 2021 from US$ 36.66 billion in 2017.Visualization and Data Analytics can provide better insights about the current position of import and export of Indian textile industry and also helps to predict customer opinions and preferences over the textile and garment industry. In this work, prediction and comparison of Import and Export market of Indian Textile industry and china is done using data analytics techniques. The word cloud is generated to find the top most import and export partners of Indian Textile and clothing business for the year 2017. For this analysis, dataset is created by consolidating the import and export details of Indian Textile Industry with respect to world market from 1988 to 2016. From the outcome of linear regression and visual analytics, it is revealed that the exports of textile business in India are increasing when compared to imports with respect to china.
