The workplace stress impacts various aspects of organizational performance but its effects during organizational innovation and change were not carefully scrutinized within the context of the commitment of staff. Technological innovation and adaption are one of the major organizational changes. Employees frequently experience stress ' induced technology ' when firms endure technology change. Based on the study conducted in Kollam from SBI Bank employees various factors influencing the employee stress due to technological innovation have been identified in this research. With the identified factors, the significance of the variables on employee stress is been evaluated with the help of Ordinary least square regression analysis.
