For over three decades, the pursuit of business excellence has been considered as an ultimate path to quality service delivery and competitive advantage. The main objective of the current study is to determine the power of impact of strategy management and organizational culture on the excellence of organization. Quantitative data is gathered from 218 in Fujairah Municipality and sample is obtained using random sampling. The collected questionnaires were analysed using PLS (Partial Least Squares) SEM-VB (Structural Equation Modelling-Variance Based) by utilising the software Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study revealed that strategy management and organizational culture were positive and have also been proven to be significant predictors of organizational excellence. The results of the current study will give additional insights into productive strategies to reach the organizational excellence in the public sectors in countries such as the UAE.
