The managerial talent has the power to drive economy forward. As the business world is filled with challenges and risks, the purpose of management education is to prepare students thoroughly to face these challenges and take the risk by the horn. To be successful in their career the management students should possess some specific skills and abilities. But it is matter of concern regarding whether the management students possess these skills.
