We have proposed in this paper a content - based picture recuperation framework utilizing CNN architectures with the help of evolutionary algorithm. In this proposed system we used shape, texture and color feature extraction techniques. The technique used for the above feature extraction is CNN. Here in proposed analysis we have used two evolutionary algorithms that is convolution neural network and binary bat algorithm. After that we have used clustering algorithm to minimize the computational time as well as fast retrieval of images. The investigation demonstrates that proposed methodology is progressively viable and plausible in Image matching, Image classification, feature extraction than other model.
