Abstract

The goal of conceptual study is to review the literatures regarding the function of Perceived Organizational Support and organizational politics and their effect on Emotional Intelligence and Job performance. As per various Literature Reviews, job performance is fundamentally linked with Emotional Intelligence and the influence of Perceived Organizational support and organizational politics on both these variables is also authen-ticated in many research papers.
