Change is really important in business nowadays, but the way to deal with change is not instantly made. This paper presents organizational agility based on Goldman Model with attributes such as customer satisfaction, cooperation, organization, and people to assess the level of its agility using Fuzzy Logic which well-known as one of tools to deal with vagueness of opinions. The questionnaires are conducted among the employee in PT. IF, heavy equipment distributor, Indonesia. The assessment’s result shows that PT. IF is in very agile level of agility and importance performance analysis identifies the strength and weakness within the organization, which by keep improving them, the agility index of company can be improved.
