Abstract

MSMEs are one of the components of economic development. Where this component can open up many jobs and can reduce unemployment. However, many MSMEs experience obstacles, one of which is in terms of capital. For this reason, financial / non-financial institutions such as banks can provide credit but this is of course still problematic with the collateral from the MSMEs itself. So the government, especially the Bali Provincial Government, provided a solution by establishing a guarantee institution, namely PT Jamkrida Bali Mandara (JBM). PT JBM itself provides facilities for MSMEs whose business is feasible or feasible, but in terms of collateral, it is bankable. In its commitment to support MSMEs to strengthen prenomina in Bali, PT JBM has used the values of local wisdom in practice although they are not explicitly stated in the SOP. Therefore, this study aims to explore the values of local wisdom in the development of MSMEs at PT Jamkrida Bali Mandara. To test the credibility of the data obtained from several sources and used the triangulation of sources.
