School is Human Resources is carried out through programs developed by schools in order to encourage students' abilities in terms of cognitive, affective or psychomotor. One of the excellent programs in MTsN 1 South Tangerang is ICBC (Islamic Character Building Center) which aims to build student character. This study aims to describe and analyze the ICBC program and character emphasis formed in MTsN 1 South Tangerang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques is triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) character building is carried out in the ICBC program using the following methods; religious activities, games, outdoor learning, indoor learning; (2) some of the characters built in this program are: religious attitude, honesty, cooperation, discipline, accuracy, responsibility, independent, creative, curiosity, tolerance, love of the motherland and curiosity.
