Abstract

Most of the industry in current world increased the usage of cloud environment. Especially in cloud IaaS storage the user treated as an isolated storage service, where users can upload and transfer their data anytime and anywhere. Due to digital data increase which needs extra storage capacity, extra costs, manpower as well as it requires extra time to knob data information like data transformation, migration, replication, backup along with disaster improvement. At the same time it may require more bandwidth requirements and to increase application efficiency. Suppose if some mechanism which can handle the data efficiently like filtering the surplus data prior to in flow to the system storage device and also helps in data handling related to overhead of CPU usage. This can be achieved by using proposed Refined Storage Monitor System (RSMS) which can apply the Data Deduplication techniques and eliminating redundant data. This system handled the storage management effectively with respect to user requirements. By using the multiple structure metadata helps to analyze the file access patterns of different user and provide the recommendation of future access prediction report and with accessibility ranking points having the critical and non-critical files details which helps customer to take decision on optimization on IaaS storage This RSMS has been implemented in various environments and which can shows space optimization upto 12.75% than the normal system and bandwidth increase with respect to accessibility rate almost 76%.
