Abstract

The objective of the study is to generalize and analyze the problems and results of the use of standardized units at the design stage in non-mass production heavy engineering products. The process of automobile production in its development continues to consume more and more material and labor resources. The economies of countries that depend on automobile production are reacting painfully to crisis situations. The tough struggle of car manufacturers for sales markets and the pursuit of profit forces them to act most often without taking into account any interests of each other. When the world motorization system is taking shape, this can serve as a serious brake on its development. Therefore, problems regarding the optimal development paths of this system should be considered. The semantic analysis of standardization and unification indicators is carried out in order to determine the value of indicators and determine the economic effect of the work on unification and standardization.
