Influences on ‘Employer Satisfaction’ from ‘Fresh Management Graduates’: A Literature Review

Abstract

The fresh graduate’s employability has long remained a central piece of academic debate and analysis ever since the European renaissance and industrial revolution. Employability and respective employer satisfaction seem to be working in tandem with each other. The linkages between ‘employer satisfaction’ and consistent ‘employability’ drawback to era of industrial revolution and American growth story that relies on talent pipelines and talent up gradation. The phenomenon has been worked from across many diverse literary perspectives like the human capital, conservation of resources, inertia to change and attributions perspective.
