The solvability and local transcritical bifurcation as well as feedback controller of reduced order two-dimensional differential-algebraic equations have been proposed with the necessary mathematical requirements and proofs. The feedback controller has been designed so that the transcritical bifurcation is guaranteed. Illustration has proposed to demonstrate the applicability of this approach.
