A Study on the Participation Intention of Sharing Economic Services: Viewpoint of Creating Shard Values

Abstract

Sharing economy-based services require a large number of participants, and operators with economies of scale already make a lot of money. This concept of sharing economy implies the act of Creating Shard Values. This study is to develop a CSV measurement tool and to clarify the relationship between the CSV characteristics of the platform and the user’s participation. The research model and the measurement tool were proposed through the theoretical background. The questionnaire was conducted for the general public who had experience using shared economic service, and factor analysis, discriminant validity and regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 24.0.
