Foldscope is the inexpensive paper microscope. Designed to be extremely portable, durable, and to give similar optical quality like conventional research microscopes. In this paper, Work is focused on designing an attachment which can provide further enhanced magnification to existing foldscope using lenses of variable focal length obtained by calculations and iterations. In order to identify the cell structure of specimen, the snap of specimen will be compared with the database of various specimen using image processing so that layman user can identify the specimen.
