Video streaming is unlike downloading that will allow any user to watch videos or movies i.e. without being the requirement to download the whole file. The advents of computers and integrated circuits have led to the concept of video streaming. This paper presents the concepts of video streaming and various techniques that will enable the viewers to have a satisfactory quality in watching any video, also the issues we face in video streaming.
