Effat Virtual Advisor is a web based program. It is designed to replace the manual course registration for each semester. Many problems occur with the manual system as it develops many conflicts between courses and it is time consuming. The Effat Virtual Advisor will allow the users to enter all information about the courses and then the program will generate a schedule suitable with the course information. The program can also give options for students –depending on their course history- of what classes they should take. The Effat Virtual Advisor also allows students to select the courses they want to take for a certain semester. After selecting the courses, the program would generate all possible schedules for the student to select. Effat Virtual Advisor is friendly, less time consuming and it will reduce the manual work.
