Appointment scheduling is one of the important processes in health care industry. Nowadays, the life rhythm is rapid and everything is happing too fast. People are seeking for an efficient approach to schedule their appointments rather than waiting on the phone. Therefore, Online Clinic Appointment will facilitate for the patients to access Doctors' schedules and make an appointment to meet the Doctor in clinic and hospital. This study develops the online doctor appointment system based on cloud computing with the aims to improve the appointment scheduling efficiency and provide an easily control patient’s information. The developed system included the appointment waiting list and appointment reminder.
