Job Satisfaction Employee: Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior and Work-Life Balance

Abstract

Human resources are resources that have an important role in achieving corporate goals. Human resource management will have a positive good for the company concerned. Increasing the need for work-life balance for employees is very important to be a concern for the company's organization, because it will affect the performance of employees. This research was conducted to find out job satisfaction of employees in family supportive supervisor behavior and work-life Bank BRI Branch Office Bandung. The research method used with descriptive method, data analysis used with path analysis. The sample in the study amounted to 115 people using the questionnaire technique to the employee. The result of research partially stated, family supportive supervisor behavior variable have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, work-life balance variable have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction.
