Abstract

Text classification or categorization can be defined as a methodology for sorting a set of documents into various categories by assigning different tags to them based on their respective context. It is one of the numerous basic steps used in Natural Language Processing. Here we perform comparison of text classification algorithm on Big Data which is a massive storage for structured and unstructured data from various sources around the world and it is important to perform classification on it in order to make its processing easier. Various classification algorithms are available with which we can easily classify both structured and unstructured data in a fast and cost effective way.
