Abstract

Tourism is a modern and highly profitable sector of the economy with a high degree of payback. However, its development requires significant investments. It is difficult to resolve these issues only at the expense of the federal budget. As a result, in recent years, cooperation between the state and private business has attracted attention. Forms of interaction are diverse and are related to project features, local resources and other factors. The article considers the possibility of building increased comfort accommodations in the Taganay National Park. Such a project does not require significant investments on the part of a private investor and can be implemented in other national parks in the form of a lease or concession agreement.
