Employment generally means the use of a factor of production by a state-owned company or institution, and more commonly means employment. Employment is also referred to an employee who works for wages and profits. Thus, in this study, some factors affecting trends in employment have been identified. The most important factors that have a significant impact on the employment can be named, economics, security, political conditions, education, the role of technology, as well as tourism and so on. In this survey In order to meet the objective; both quantitative as well as qualitative research technique has been used. On the other hand both secondary as well as primary data used for this research paper. For primary data collection, a semi- structured questionnaire designed to collect the information. Books, articles, journals and database are used as secondary sources. Therefor the outcome of this research will help to understand more various factors affecting trends in employment.
