Introduction.The issue of homo economicus modeling is quite topical nowadays. Post-nonclassical science pays special attention to the subject of research and is focused on the way an individual affects all social processes, including the economic ones. Engineering design of the economy system based on the evolutionary algorithms is a matter of special research of many modern economists, being aimed at exposing most common patterns in the functioning of national cultures and national economics.
