Abstract

Today, the major problem arises in cellular and communication network was bandwidth is not compactable with present number of users. So, possible ways to rectify this issue is to increase the network bandwidth or to decrease the number of users in network. But practically, the above mentioned two ways are totally not possible, because to improve the bandwidth is too costly and network provider has to follow the regulations given by regulatory authority and second thing, minimizing the number of users is also not possible due to customer satisfaction. The only way is to utilize the bandwidth in efficient way by dynamic resource allocation algorithm with combination of multiple input multiple output (MIMO)-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM). This proposed algorithm will guarantee better QoS to all users in the network. Simulation results will gives a detailed performance comparison between the previous allocation scheme and the proposed allocation scheme.
