Abstract

Based on the analysis of the structure of the decision support system based on precedents and expert judgments, the goal and objectives of the work are formulated.The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of the management process at the stage of production preparation for the technological process of processing parts based on automation of information support for the decision-making process for choosing the optimal technological route (TM). Before recording the obtained use cases in the use case database (BP), it is necessary to carry out a data processing procedure in order to remove duplicate information. Processed clusters and precedents are recorded in the BP, a base of standards (BE) is also organized to facilitate the search for the required cluster. This database stores the most typical assessments of qualitative criteria for a cluster and a description of the structural element (SE) of a technological process (TP) that defines this cluster. A technique was developed for automating information support for the decision-making process for choosing the optimal technological route for processing parts such as bodies of revolution and the structure and algorithms of the software for this system. The developed base of precedents serves to increase the efficiency of the control process at the stage of preparation for the production of TP for processing parts such as bodies of revolution and is part of a decision support system based on precedents and expert judgments.
