Improving the Process of Hose-Sprinkler for Irrigation of Small Areas

Abstract

In this article, the design features of hose sprinklers for irrigation are considered, and agro-technical requirements for sprinklers used for irrigation were prepared. It has been proven that the efficiency of using hose sprinklers for irrigation is determined by the simplicity of the design and high operational reliability. There are illuminated modifications of hose sprinklers of foreign firms, of which hose sprinklers with flat-fold hose currently have the greatest distribution. Based on the above, a modification of hose sprinkler is proposed, which ensures the even distribution of rain over the entire irrigation area, provides a qualitative characteristic of rain, and causes a reduction in energy intensity of the irrigation process by reducing the losses in a flat hose and increasing the efficiency of the drive.
