A Review on Content Distribution through Caching in Information Centric Networking

The current Internet paradigm is insufficient to meet today’s Internet requirements. The present host based Internet paradigm is converting to a new information based Internet paradigm. Ubiquitous in-network caching is one of the central feature of Information-Centric Networking (ICN) which has acknowledged extensive research interest in recent years. Content Centric Networking (CCN) is one of relevant Internet architecture the principle is that leveraging in- network caching to store content within all node along the data routing path can improve content delivery. In this paper, we first explore the idea about future Internet and explain saveral important modules of ICN and the techniques that is used to manage ICN cache in efficient manner.
