It is established that a man/women inside and outside the cage having the paramount differences in their identity, as one who is inside the cage completely dependent on the outside world whereas the others are not, this is the point which leads to the situations of the violations of the Human rights of the Prisoners. In the past few years the dimensions of the criminal justice system has changed and at the same time there is a significant increase in the growth of the prisoners despite of the prison capacity, which is static.
