Abstract

The resource allocation system which is service based systems is one of the main system for quickly reach the requests of the service in cloud computing. Here, the demand of the resources and the service requests has been changed in time to time. Mostly in cloud computing, each and every request share same services like CPU utilization, memory allocation and so on. The Quality of Service (QoS) should be ensured properly in all the time. In this paper, we proposed a novel method named as “Fair Resource allocation in cloud using control theory model” which is combined both fair resource allocation scheme and control theory. Control theory mechanism which is proper approach system for allocation of resources. It easily reacts with the workloads and assigns a proper control over it. A fair resource allocation mechanism is used to improve the resource utilization under some proper constraints. In simulation environment, the proposed model is outperformed when compared with double auction method which is outperformed in cost reduction and less delivery time. Here, Control theory model contributes to allocate and utilize the resources by end users.
