Abstract

The data outsourcing to the cloud has attracted more attention by the public due to large benefits on the storage paradigm. The privacy and confidentiality are the important design challenges in the cloud outsourced data as it contains more sensitive information. Lot of approaches have been employed to achieve the privacy preserving of the sensitive data, however it proposes some difficulties in terms of performance. In this paper, proposed a new framework named as virtual integrated data sharing model for outsourced data using proxy encryption and ring signature. It can be employed for large scale applications. The proposed framework includes the automated user revocation on the update of aggregate key, ciphertext and Ring signature on encrypted data. The encrypted data has been used for the dynamic group of users. It works without relying on trusted authority. The flexible aggregate key generation supports in maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of the user data. Whenever a new user enters or leaves the group the confidentiality of user data has been maintained through ring signature generation. The proposed model is secure against the plaintext attack and signature attack. The secure model helps to provide sufficient accuracy and the homomorphism encryption enables users to involve in the ranking while the majority of computing work is done on the server side by operations only on ciphertext. Through security and performance analysis on the proposed framework shows that model guarantees a high security, reliability, flexibility and storage efficiency.
