Abstract

This work presents the effective of flooding from the Disaster to PV power plant that damage to facility of all system. The main of problem is PV module installed about 15,000 modules that cause to checking in this part. This paper focusing the PV module an analysis of performance at STC, Insulation test, Series resistance, Rs and Shunt resistance, Rsh, Edge wafer, Crack, Micro-crack, Finger failure, For the sampling were chosen on five zone of PV power plant that consisted A, B, C, D and E respectively. The zones A, B and C are flooded zone, for the zone D and E is non-flood zone that main real operating conditions. The interpretation of zone non-flood is the most reliable when consideration on PV modules testing another condition. Therefore, the reliability of zone non-flood was shown the defect is lower than flood zone.
